Meet Dr. Karina Rodegra

I’m Karina Rodegra, and my heart has always belonged to children and their learning journeys. With over 20 years of experience in international education across Europe and the United States, I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages—from tiny toddlers to young thinkers preparing for school and life beyond.
As a doctor of education and linguistics, I bring a deep understanding of how children grow, communicate, and learn across cultures and languages. I’m trilingual, hold dual citizenship, and have spent my career in diverse, multilingual international schools where inclusivity, respect, and child-centered learning are at the core.
But more than anything, I’m a parent too—and I know that when you entrust someone with your child, it must come with more than qualifications. It must come with heart.
