Young Preschool 2’S

"Nurtured with Love, Growing with Care"
Children entering the 2’s class must be 2 years old by the first day of school in September. Children who have not yet turned 2 by that date may join the class once they turn 2, provided space is available.
All children enrolled in our program should either be accustomed to wearing pull-ups (if not yet potty trained) or be potty trained. We can support families with potty training as needed.

"Exploring the World, One Step at a Time"
Our toddler program is built for busy little hands and curious minds! At this age, children are discovering their independence, learning to communicate, and beginning to build friendships. We create a playful, nurturing space where your toddler can explore safely, grow confidently, and learn through movement, language immersion, songs, stories, and smiles. With patient guidance and joyful encouragement, we help toddlers blossom into bright little learners.

"Big Imaginations, Bright Futures"
As your child prepares for school and the wider world, our preschool program offers the perfect balance of structure and wonder. For 4 year olds, , we focus on creativity, early learning, social-emotional development, language immersion, and independence—through hands-on activities, playful routines, and plenty of outdoor fun. Whether they’re painting, problem-solving, singing, or pretending to be astronauts, every child is seen, heard, and celebrated. We’re not just preparing them for kindergarten—we’re helping them shine their light.

Welcome to FutureSteps- a learning academy founded on love, learning, language immersion, and over two decades of global educational excellence.
My name is Dr. Karina Rodegra and I’m the heart behind Future Steps Academy. With more than 25 years of experience in international education across Europe and the United States,
I’ve worked with children of all ages in some of the world’s most diverse and inspiring international schools. I hold a Doctorate in Education and Linguistics, and I’m proud to be trilingual and a dual American-EU citizen, bringing a truly global perspective to our little learners.
At FutureSteps Academy, I’ve created a nurturing space where early childhood development is both joyful and meaningful. Every hug, every song, every story, every child, and every milestone matters here. We welcome all cultures, honor each child’s unique path, and partner with families to build a foundation of love, confidence, knowledge, and curiosity.
More than just a preschool, we are a learning community- where infants feel safe, toddlers feel brave and confident, and preschoolers feel empowered. Because every child deserves to feel like a star- and every parent deserves to feel at peace.
